RECIPE IDEA – Serves 8

Cut brownie into 4 squares.
Cut each square in half to make 8 triangles.
Gently heat each piece in microwave for approx 10 secs.
Place on plate and drizzle over warmed chocolate sauce.
Serve with fresh raspberries and a dollop of cream
Alternatively dust with icing sugar and serve with ice-cream.

Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae

Dip the rim of a sundae glass in some warmed chocolate sauce, then dip in some chopped nuts. Place 1 scoop of each vanilla and chocolate icecream into the glass, then add 1 tbls chocolate sauce. Sprinkle over some nuts, then repeat layers. Drizzle with the remaining chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate flakes.
